Last summer we were looking for a contractor to build a home in the area, a 2500 sq. ft. split bedroom ranch with some upscale features. We narrowed our search to two contractors, and ended up selecting Drury Designs of De Pere.

We had a tremendous experience dealing with Pat Drury. Not only was the contract administration worth the fee he charged, but the creativity he brought to our home made it head and shoulders above any comparable home we looked at. Things like arched niches, a barrel ceiling, and a fireplace surround that were never discussed ahead of time in any great detail were beautifully created beyond our wildest dreams. He brought skilled subs to the job, completed the home in less time than predicted, and watched our dollars as though they were his own. If Susie and I build another house, we'll simply get a budget price from Pat, and tell him to build it. There will be no doubt he'll look out for our interests.

I'm sure you get a lot of letters like this about other builders as well. If all of your builders give the value to their customers that Pat and his people gave us, I think you must have a pretty easy job.

At this time, I would like to truly thank Pat Drury for the quality home you have built for my family. The communication that took place was outstanding details were addressed immediately, and the sincere efforts of wanting to build a home we would be happy with for a lifetime was obvious during the building process. Pat's team of subcontractors only complimented his desired ethics of pleasing the customer. Each and every subcontractor, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, brick, electricians, lumber, the list goes on, were outstanding and experts in their field of building a quality home with their products.

I had forgotten how much collaboration needs to take place in order to get the many ideas you bring to the table to be a reality. During the building process, Pat would daily tweak address changes immediately. Pat would remember the most insignificant or major change request and have it completed the following day.

I am amazed when I go through new construction what some of the homes are lacking in additional perks that Pat has provided in our home. I would highly recommend Pat Drury Enterprises to build the home of your dreams.
